Congee is a basic breakfast dish in Thailand. Generally, the Thai call it " Joke Moo". 

Crispy fish salad with Herb is called  " Yum Pla Kaosan " in Thai. This dish has a a little bit of spicy and sour taste.

When you go to Thai street market. One of Thai desserts that you can see on street side. We called " Khanom Tua Baep ".

Today, you can cook it by yourself.

I have some menu of spaghetti that I usually cook on weekend.  It's delicious and easy recipe.

My friend from Singapore asked me to cook this dish. She said she miss Thai Food so much.
