Thai Green Curry (Gaeng Kieow Waan) is perhaps the most popular of all Thai dishes with foreigners. The soup usually taste sweet and a little spicy.

Crispy fish salad with Herb is called  " Yum Pla Kaosan " in Thai. This dish has a a little bit of spicy and sour taste.

This menu I usually cook for my friends when they come to visit my family. Because it is easy to cook and the most ingredient is herb.
