Chicken with Ginger Stir-Fried (Microwave Cooking)

Sometime I cook some Thai dish in Microwave oven. For sure, it is easy, quick and also good for health. I alway have stomach gas. The ginger in " Gai Pad Khing " can help.

I believe you will love  " Gai Pad Khing " (Chicken with Ginger Stir-Fried).

Ingredients:

  • 300 g. chicken meat
  • 300 g. ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, cut 1/4
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g. cloud ear fungus (black chinese mushroom)
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
  • 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp sugar

Preparation:

  • Clean the black Chinese mushroom then slice into pieces.
  • Clean chicken meat then slice into pieces.

Cooking Method:

  • Add 2 tbsp oil and minced garlic in microwave bowl. Then microwave on high uncovered for 1 minute.
  • Put the chicken and 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce then mix well. Microwave on high around 2 ½ minutes with covered.

  • Now add all onions, ginger and black Chinese mushroom. And also add other ingredients (sugar, black soy sauce, remaining of oyster sauce and salt) then mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes with coverd. After, uncovered then mix them again. Now, taste it. Keep on microwave working (high level) for 4 minutes with covered.

  • Put in the plate and serve.
