Crispy fish salad with Herb is called " Yum Pla Kaosan " in Thai. This dish has a a little bit of spicy and sour taste.
Thai style salad usually has some herb as ingredients. Today I used green mango, lemon grass, shallots and fried cashew nuts. Let's learn.

Ingredients:
- 100 g. crispy fish
- 1/3 cup shredded green mango
- 1/3 cup fried cashew nuts
- 5 - 7 fresh chillies, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sliced lemon grass, finely slice
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. Kaffir lime leaves, finely slice
- 2 tbsp. shallot, finely slice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- Thai corainder chopped for garnishing
- Spring onion chopped for garnishing


Cooking Metod:
- Add sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, salt and water in the bowl, mix its together and season it as your taste.

- After, add fresh chilli and put remaining ingredients, mix its well.

- Garnish with spring onion and coriander.
- Serve immediately.
