Crispy Fish Salad with Herb

Crispy fish salad with Herb is called  " Yum Pla Kaosan " in Thai. This dish has a a little bit of spicy and sour taste.

Thai style salad usually has some herb as ingredients. Today I used green mango, lemon grass, shallots and fried cashew nuts. Let's learn.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g. crispy fish
  • 1/3 cup shredded green mango
  • 1/3 cup fried cashew nuts
  • 5 - 7 fresh chillies, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. sliced lemon grass, finely slice
  • 3 tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. Kaffir lime leaves, finely slice
  • 2 tbsp. shallot, finely slice
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Thai corainder chopped for garnishing
  • Spring onion chopped for garnishing

Cooking Metod:

  • Add sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, salt and water in the bowl, mix its together and season it as your taste.

  • After, add fresh chilli and put remaining ingredients, mix its well.

  • Garnish with spring onion and coriander.
  • Serve immediately.
