Egg with Tamarind Sauce

My kids really love this menu. When I cook this dish, the kids always have appetite.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp. tamarind juice
  • 4 tbsp. palm sugar
  • 6 - 8 dried fried chillis
  • 3 tbsp fried slice shallot instant
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of water

Cooking Method :

  • Boil egg about 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in wok. Add eggs stir until golden brown and blistered.
  • Seperate the egg and put on the plate.

  • Boil the water and palm sugar. Add fish sauce and tamarind juice, mix well. season as sweet and sour.

  • Put the sauce on eggs and top with fried dried chilli, shallot and the coriander leaves.
  • Now ready for serve.
