My kids really love this menu. When I cook this dish, the kids always have appetite.
Let's cook.
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- Fresh coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp. tamarind juice
- 4 tbsp. palm sugar
- 6 - 8 dried fried chillis
- 3 tbsp fried slice shallot instant
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of water
Cooking Method :
- Boil egg about 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in wok. Add eggs stir until golden brown and blistered.
- Seperate the egg and put on the plate.

- Boil the water and palm sugar. Add fish sauce and tamarind juice, mix well. season as sweet and sour.

- Put the sauce on eggs and top with fried dried chilli, shallot and the coriander leaves.
- Now ready for serve.
