This menu I usually cook for my friends when they come to visit my family. Because it is easy to cook and the most ingredient is herb.
Today I use grilled chicken to cook. However you can fried chicken instead.
Let's try !!
Ingredient :
- 300 g. grilled chicken
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped lemon grass
- 1 tablespoons chopped galangal
- 2 tablespoons chopped Kaffir lime leaves
- 5 Fresh Kaffir lime leaves
- 4 - 6 hot dry chilli
- 1 tablespoons pepper
- 1/2 table salt
- Tempura flour
- Water
- Vegetable oil

Cooking Method :
- Prepare the tempura batter (add cold water and tempura flour together then mix lightly).
- Chop the chicken then put it into the tempura batter.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the wok then fry the chicken until golden brown, put on plate.
- Add 1 tbs. vegetable oil in the wok. Put chopped garlic, chopped lemon glass, Kaffir lime leaves, chopped kaffir lime leaves, dry chilli then stir fry around 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add fried chicken into the wok. Stir fry and season with salt and pepper. Continue to stir-fry for around 2 minutes.

Now ready to serve.

I contacted you yesterday, asking about the difference between gai lan and phak kana.
I now know that gai lan is the Chinese word for phak kana. Sorry to bother you.
