This dish is very easy and yummy appetizer. My kid really love it.
Ingredients:
- French bread slice ( 2 cm. sliced)
- 200 g. of chopped pork
- 3 tbs. of spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 ts of coriander root minced
- 1 ts of sugar
- ½ tbs of oyster sauce
- 1 ts of soy sauce
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbs of wheat flour
- 2 tbs of vegetable oil.

Ingredients for Cucumber Relish:
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 3 tbs sugar
- 3 tbs cucumber sliced
- 1 red spur chili and 1 green spur chili , sliced obliquely
- 2 tbs shallots sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp hot water
Cooking Method:
- Beat eggs in the bowl and add the pork, spring onion, corainder root, wheat flour and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper then mix well.
- Place the pork spread on the French Bread.

- Heat vegetable oil with medium. (Should use non-stick pan)
- Fry spread side downward. After, fry the other side until golden brown then remove from the pan.
Cucumber Relish:
- Add hot water, sugar, salt and vinegar together then stir until dissolve.
- Put the cucumber, shallots and chili in the mixture. stir-together.

Now serve fried French bread with cucumber relish and enjoy.
