Fried Rice with Pork

This menu is very simple in Thailand. You can go to any restaurant and order immediately. My foreign friend usually order ” Kow Pad Moo ” for lunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups steamed rice
  • 200 g. of pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbs of chopped carrot
  • 2 tbs of spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 ts of sugar
  • 1/2 ts of salt
  • 2 tbs of soy sauce
  • 1 Big tomato wedged 4 pieces
  • 4 tbs of vegetable oil
  • 1 lime wedged
  • 1 cucumber sliced

Cooking Method :

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil and put the garlic.  Stir-fry over medium-high heat until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Add the pork and eggs and stir fry until cooked thoroughly.

Add rice, carrot, tomato to the work and stir fry, also add the soy sauce, sugar and salt, continue to stir-fry for around 2 minutes.

Serve with chilli fish sauce.
