Today, I would like to present the other one of microwave recipe. It is " Sea Bass Steamed in Lime Juice ". In Thai we called " Pla Ga Pong Nueng Ma-nao ".

Ingredients:
- 400 - 500 g. Sea Bass Fish
- 3 - 4 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 - 2 tbsp chillies, chopped
- 2 tbsp of garlic, finely sliced
- 2 - 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup stock
- 1/4 cup coriander and spring onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- A little bit of Salt
Cooking Method:
- Clean and scale fish very well. Slashes 1 inche apart on both sides of fish, put into the microwave bowl.
- To make the lime sauce, add chillies, garlic, 1/3 cup stock, fish sauce, lime juice and a little bit of salt in the bowl then mix well and taste it.

- Pour the lime sauce over the fish. Microwave on 70% of high level for 5 minutes with coverd.

- After, uncovered then check the fish. Continue cook in microwave around 2 - 3 minutes with covered (70% high level).
- Garnish with the coriander and spring onion on top. And serve hot.

Delicious, i used to eat this in thailand all the time when i lived there. i think this dish will keep you very healthy.
