This is one of my favorite menu, we called ” Tod Mann Gung ” (Shrimp Cakes). This menu is not spicy

I would like to present how to cook this menu the easy way. Please see the pictures below to help.
Chop shrimp and the pork (with fat streaks) finely, please use a food blender. Then mix together in a large bowl with the salt, sugar, soy sauce and the wheat flour.

After that cover it with a plastic seal and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

To prepare the shrimp cake, mold it as donuts ( as you can see in above picture). For easy of molding, use as small amount of the vegetable oil on your hands and evenly coat the cakes with bread crumbs.

Add vegetable oil to the skillet and heat medium a few at a time until golden brown (total time around 6 minutes).
Serve with the tomato sauce or mayonnaise.

Very good blog you have here but I was curious if you knew of any user discussion forums that cover the same topics talked about in this article? I'd really like to be a part of online community where I can get responses from other experienced people that share the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!
