Spaghetti with Chilli and Salted Fish

I have some menu of spaghetti that I usually cook on weekend.  It's delicious and easy recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 100 g.
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Salted fish, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh chilli, chopped
  • ¼ cup of chinese kale (cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sweet basil leaves, minced
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce.
  • ½ tbsp sugar.

Preparation:

  • Add the minced sweet basil and 1 tbsp. olive oil, mix its together.
  • Boil the spaghetti around 8 - 10 minutes. When finished, add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.

Cooking Method:

  • Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil with medium heat in skillet.
  • Stir fry the garlic and dried chilli until fragrant.

 

  • Add the boiled spaghetti, minced sweet basil in olive oil, chinese kale, fresh chilli and salted fish, stir fry around 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Season with soy sauce and sugar, stir fry for a while then checking taste.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over portion and serve hot.
