Spaghetti Pla Khem

สปาเก็ตตี้ปลาเค็ม
I have some menu of spaghetti that I usually cook on weekend. It's delicious and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti 100 g.
- 4 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. Salted fish, minced
- 1 tsp. dried chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh chilli, chopped
- ¼ cup of chinese kale (cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
- 1 tbsp. garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp. sweet basil leaves, minced
- 1 - 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce.
- ½ tbsp sugar.


Preparation:
- Add the minced sweet basil and 1 tbsp. olive oil, mix its together.
- Boil the spaghetti around 8 - 10 minutes. When finished, add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix well.

Cooking Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil with medium heat in skillet.
- Stir fry the garlic and dried chilli until fragrant.

- Add the boiled spaghetti, minced sweet basil in olive oil, chinese kale, fresh chilli and salted fish, stir fry around 2 - 3 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce and sugar, stir fry for a while then checking taste.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over portion and serve hot.
