Spicy Grill Pork Salad

Thai Cuisine is know for the spice and healthiness. Today I would like to present one dish which  has some herb as the ingredient also. It is " Spicy Grill Pork Salad ". Or Thai called " Moo Yang Nam Tok "

Ingredients:

  • 200 - 300 g. grilled pork sliced.
  • 5 mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 tbs. of spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tbs. of shalott , finely sliced
  • ½ tps chop slices of galangal
  • 1 tbs Thai coriander, finely sliced
  • 1 tbs ground roasted rice
  • ½ - 1 tbs ground dried chillies 
  • 2 - 3 tbs of lime juice
  •   ½ tps Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 - 2 tbs fish sauce
  • A little bit of Salt

Cooking Method:

  • Grilled pork sliced
  • Put grilled pork slied into the bowl.
  • Add lime juice, fish sauce, ground dried chillies and ground roasted rice then mix well.
  • Season it as your tatse.
  • Put remaining ingredient and mix its together.

  • Garnish with mint leaves and red chilli.
  • Fresh Vegetable, usually have to be serve together.

The pictures you have done with this recipe are truly amazing. Makes it so much easier to follow when you can see how it should look. I tried this one and it tasted great, did not look as good as in those pictures though !!! Practice makes perfect. Will try it again. Thanks
