When my perent come to visit me at my house. I usually cook noodle menu for lunch. Same as today, I cook " Pas Si Iw " (Thick Noodle Stir-Fried with Pork).
Follow me to my kitchen. Today you can cook this menu by yourself.

Ingredients:
- 250 g of thick noodle
- 200 g of pork (sliced)
- 1 cup of Chinese kale (cut into 1.5 inch pieces)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sweet dark soy sauce
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking Method:
- Heat the vegetable oil and put the garlic in a wok. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until fragrant.
- Add pork then seasoning with oyster sauce, soy sauce. Continue stir-fry.
- Beat the egg and stir fry to mix.

- Put thick noodle and chiness kale in the wok, continue stir fry for around 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the ground pepper. Use low heat and taste it.
- Continue cook for a while.
- Now ready to serve or you can wrap them by fried beaten egg before serve. (see picture)

I just do not know about thick noodles, what are these? Can I pick them up in the supermarkets?

For your question, I think you could find "thick noodle" or "flat noodle" in supermarket as the frozen food.
(I try to search at google => http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/600269 )
However, you can try rice noodle or glass noodle instead to cook.
